The key to planning and scheduling programs is the accuracy of information put into the system. Our primary goal is to ensure that our project team and the client work closely together to address all variables. A diverse client base requires that Matrix Service be flexible in the choice of software used in planning and scheduling projects. We do not use a standard (one) planning and scheduling software program. However, the majority of our projects utilize Primavera's P3 or SureTrak. Our planners and schedulers are proficient with the following software products: Primavera P3 Primavera SureTrak Teamwork (applicable modules) Microsoft Project IMMPOWER CASP TASC/MASC (Kurtz and Steel)
