We utilize the most modern equipment in our fabrication facilities which are strategically located throughout the United States. Our largest fabrication facility is centrally located in Tulsa, OK at the Port of Catoosa. The Port of Catoosa is one of the largest, most inland river-ports in the United States allowing for freight access by barge, rail and truck. The Orange, CA fabrication facility provides structural steel fabrication for construction, repair, and maintenance projects. Our two smaller fabrication shops in Bellingham, WA and Eddystone, PA provide pipe and structural steel fab support for construction, repair and maintenance projects.
From engineering to complete assembly, we specialize in steel plate structures, aboveground storage tanks, pressure vessels, and piping fabrication. Producing quality products requires adherence to strict requirements. Matrix Service maintains ASME “U”, U2”, “PP”, “S”, and “R” authorizations (stamps). Matrix Service has obtained Certificates of Accreditation and is pursuing Authorization for ASME N, NA, NPT and NS. All tank and vessel work meets American Petroleum Institute codes 620, 650, and 653.
