Safety Programs
Over the years, Matrix Service has developed our safety programs around a belief and philosophy based on what we refer to as the “ACT” principle. The concept is very simple. The three rings joined represent three balls locked together, and as long as the rings remain joined, we capture and maintain our safety culture, located in the center of the rings. However, as managers and supervisors, if we fail to “ACT” and follow through with Accountability, Communication and Training, one of the balls will drop out of the ring, and we will in fact have a negative impact to our safety culture.
