At Matrix Service we strive to recruit, hire and develop high caliber Engineering/Construction Science graduates for Project Manager positions within our organization.
For the last several years, our Professional Development Program has served a vital role in the strategic growth of Matrix Service. Our University hired individuals selected for this program are poised for future leadership positions within the Company.
Recent college graduates entering this rotational program will receive a wide range of training from business acumen to engineering and design principals, taking a project from concept through tocompletion.
This program is offered annually and is continually being developed and refined to meet our cutting edge business and workforce demands.
