Emerging Leaders Program

At Matrix Service we strive to recruit, hire and develop high caliber construction management graduates to become the next generation of leaders within our company. Graduating seniors or recent graduates with proven leadership skills should apply to our Emerging Leaders Program.

The two-year program offers a wide range of training from business acumen to engineering and design principals, taking a project from concept through to completion. Emerging leaders get a comprehensive view of each of our business lines. The program allows graduates to gain insight into every aspect of the business first hand, learn from the ground up, gain exposure to senior management, and develop leadership skills and true business experience.

The program also includes hands-on field training segments in the diverse areas of our business and includes various onsite project assignments.

After completing the program, Matrix Service Company will align your strengths and preferences with the company's needs in a full-time position. Opportunities typically include Project Management, Field Engineering, Estimating, Safety, Project Controls and Project/Cost Accounting.
