Matrix Service is dedicated to quality. Our Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program is committed to providing our clients with quality products and services. This program sets the standards and criteria to assure that our work meets or exceeds applicable codes and project requirements.

We support our projects with experienced and Certified Inspectors who represent our company in the field. Matrix inspectors have been tested in accordance with industrial organizations that govern the fabrication, maintenance and repair of petrochemical equipment. The majority of our QC representatives have multiple certifications, including those endorsed by the American Petroleum Institute (API 510), (API 653), (API 570), as well as the American Welding Society (AWS CWI).

Excellent quality of service and performance ranks high on our list of objectives. As a "value-added" contractor, Matrix Service employs dedicated people who routinely demonstrate our mission to provide our clients superior, cost-effective products through efficient production and on-time delivery. The successful completion of your project on or before schedule is our goal, but no project can succeed without well-trained employees working collectively to make this happen.

Matrix Service's Quality Assurance program covers all areas of our services and products in fabrication and in field construction. Our quality assurance managers' sole responsibility is to train and oversee the consistent execution of these programs. Adherence to our quality program is mandatory and documented.
