Matrix Service earns American Institute of Steel Construction certification

Congratulations to our Orange, California fabrication facility which has successfully completed the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) Certification – Building Fabricator process. A team effort between our operations and quality groups, this certification, which sets the quality standard for the structural steel industry, is more and more often a requirement on industrial projects for commercial structural components such as pipe racks, supports, ladders, platforms, and handrails. Certification is yet another way Matrix is demonstrating its commitment to quality and complete, single-source solutions for its customers.

The team is excited about the future opportunities this certification represents and grateful for the hard work of everyone for this major accomplishment.

AISC Certification Programs set the quality standard for the structural steel industry and are the most recognized national quality certification program for the industry. Their programs focus on the entire process of fabrication and erection. Their goal is to build quality structures from the start by focusing on error prevention rather than error correction.
