A legacy of leadership

Matrix Service is excited to announce it is under new leadership. As previous leader Alan Updyke prepares to take on the COO position, Brad Rinehart has big plans as Matrix Service’s new president.

And he’s well-equipped to execute them.

Rinehart, a second-generation Matrix leader, served as President of Matrix PDM Engineering from 2016-2019, and before that he held the position of Vice President, Matrix Service from 1997-2016. Prior to these senior leadership roles, Rinehart worked in operations management in different areas of the business.

His legacy experience with proven results support the leadership expertise required to run an organization that’s committed to always moving to a higher standard.

Rinehart has already made key changes in the organization’s leadership that will drive continuous improvement, a zero-incident safety culture, execution excellence, and strong partnerships with YOU, our customers.
